BroadPath is excited to announce that we are hiring Work-From-Home Claims Processors! In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely entry, review, and resolution of simple to moderately complex Medicaid claims. You’ll follow established guidelines, procedures, and client policies while helping deliver a smooth, efficient claims experience.

 

Compensation Highlights:

  • Base Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule Highlights: 

  • Training Schedule: 1 week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AZ

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming Medicaid claims in accordance with all applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines

  • Verify that all required data fields are present and that necessary medical records are included and reviewed when required

  • Refer claims for medical claim review when appropriate

  • Work effectively in a virtual, work-from-home environment while accurately processing claims


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recent health insurance claims processing experience

  • Ability to maintain balanced performance across production and quality

  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and present a professional business image

  • Positive attitude, strong reliability, and the ability to work independently from home while collaborating well with a team

Preferred

  • Prior experience processing Medicaid claims highly preferred but not required

In this role, you will take on a highly visible role that will play an important role in influencing cash flows and maintaining financial accuracy. Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and record accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, payments, and credit memos, into the appropriate accounting systems

  • Maintain accurate customer files, including invoices and payment records

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all AR activities in compliance with company policies.

  • Reconcile customer accounts and collaborate with internal teams (Finance, RCM, etc) to resolve billing or payment discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Support continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency in AR operations.

Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:

  • Take Ownership of Deliverables: Quickly become the primary point of contact for AR-related tasks, ensuring invoices, reconciliations, and reports are completed accurately and on time.

  • Identify and Implement Process Improvements: Review existing AR processes and proactively recommend efficiencies, such as reducing manual steps or streamlining reconciliation workflows.

  • Leverage AI-Enabled Tools: Explore opportunities to apply automation and AI-driven solutions to improve accuracy and reduce administrative workload.

  • Build Strong Partnerships: Establish effective communication with finance, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth cross-department collaboration.

  • Demonstrate Proactive Problem-Solving: Highlight discrepancies, risks, or inefficiencies early and take initiative in resolving them

 

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in an accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or related financial role

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and billing software (e.g., Zuora), and advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

The Support Center Analyst – AAT provides support to all Managed Services contracted clients. The analyst is responsible for first level technological problem determination, problem/incident recording, and problem resolution to issues reported by customers.
 
The Support Center Analyst – AAT is the front line in the Help Desk Call Center and is responsible for providing technical support by phone and remotely assisting end users from initial contact through troubleshooting and research to final problem resolution.  This is an entry level position focused on end user account administration task.
