The Investigative Specialist reviews complex and often unique claims to assess their validity and ensure accurate outcomes. In this role, you will investigate and verify the facts of loss for a range of automobile claims, from basic to advanced scenarios.

Leveraging your auto claims adjusting experience, you will evaluate coverage, determine liability, and assess damages. You will also take ownership of the claims process by making informed decisions and effectively negotiating settlements.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies basic understanding of insurance policies written by the company, the industry, and organizational relationships within the company and department

• Handles investigation regarding most aspects of auto claims (coverage, liability and damages) with the exercise of limited discretion (limited independence)

• For claims involving injuries (if handled), learns how to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic injury claims

• Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle and understands other potential property damage

• Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills

• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

As a requirement of employment, individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment. Applicants seeking an adjuster role who also hold a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed to by the licensing team. Adjuster Analyst III: $50,000.00 – $74,350.00Adjuster Cons I: $53,500.00 – $86,400.00Adjuster Cons II: $56,000.00 – $93,250.00Adjuster Sr Cons I: $68,500.00 – $117,700.00

And is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.

SaaS Support Specialist II

Job Details

Inseego is seeking a SaaS Support Specialist. The SaaS Support Specialist serves as front-line support, assisting customers with the DMS platform. Inseego’s DMS is an innovative SaaS platform that allows cellular carriers to service complex government and enterprise accounts. Our custom web portals are highly configurable, offering complex approval flows, reporting, and dynamic pricing.

While working with end users, carrier sales representatives, or carrier sales operations personnel, the role requires strong customer service, professionalism, and interpersonal skills. The SaaS Support Specialist will use their knowledge of the DMS platform and the carriers’ products and sales processes to assist customers with support or training requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, professional customer interaction by responding to incoming service requests, prioritizing urgency, and responding to clients in a timely manner.
  • Provide both phone and email support to clients.
  • Monitor and drive support requests to completion.
  • Utilize basic problem-solving skills to troubleshoot platform issues.
  • Perform configuration changes with excellent attention to detail and ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately.
  • Help produce and revise documentation and training materials for end customers and internal teams.
  • Provide customer feedback and highlight potential opportunities to relevant internal teams.
  • Identify and recommend new product functionality or enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • High school diploma or GED required, along with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel features, including data analysis, functions, and formulas.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and effectiveness.
  • Ability to prioritize issues based on customer needs and internal objectives.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts supporting West Coast business hours (5:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST)

Salary range:  $17.78/hr – $22.23/hr

This base pay range will vary depending on experience, qualifications, and location. This position is responsible for engaging daily with clients and teammates to build and sustain positive and productive working relationships with all parties. This includes monitoring device readings, contacting clients to determine if they require further intervention or assistance, managing inbound calls, handling all incoming alarm signal activities and taking the appropriate action.   • Monitors high volume of medical alert alarms with genuine concern.

  • Determines response requirements and relative priorities of situations, and health professional in accordance with established procedures.

  • Contacts private individuals by telephone to assess each patient alert by modality.

  • Follows workflows represented by alerts to determine next steps in the call process.

  • Verifies demographics and other related data and enter patient information into appropriate systems.

  • Answers routine inquiries and relay information and messages to and from appropriate health professionals, agencies, departments, and to all other individuals or groups requiring notification.

  • Maintains access to, and security of, sensitive materials.

  • Explains products or services and answer questions from customers.

  • Maintains accurate records of contacts, accounts, and orders.

  • Answers client questions and calls using scripted and non-scripted responses
