The Coordinator – Right of Entry Obtainment (ROE) plays a critical role in supporting the expansion of TDS’s network infrastructure by securing timely and accurate access agreements. This position serves as a central liaison between internal stakeholders and external property owners, ensuring that all Right of Entry (ROE) documentation is completed, tracked, and executed in alignment with project timelines and organizational standards.
Compensation: $22.62 – $25/hr based on experience.
Responsibilities
Right of Entry:
- Coordinate with third-party vendors as necessary to facilitate ROE obtainment.
- Collaborate with Field Services to schedule site surveys prior to signing ROE agreements
- Assist the Sales team with Commercial ROEs.
- Work closely with the MDU Sales team to ensure alignment and smooth communication regarding ROE processes.
- Manage additional work queues and prioritize tasks.
- Oversee the private property process, partnering with internal technical teams and external contractors to identify private addresses and streets.Complete administrative tasks related to ROEs in various platforms and third-party tools.
Partner Coordination:
- Serve as the first point of contact for escalations from internal and external partners.
- Monitor ROE (Right of Entry) statuses and ensure progress on ROE obtainment.
- Provide information, direction, and coaching to Field Services and other departments on processes and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all TDS teams.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience.
- 6+ months administrative support with internal and external customer experience OR current military service, or prior military service with honorable discharge.
Other Qualifications
- Understanding of the telecommunications industry, including products and services.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while taking on increasing responsibilities.
