Job Description

The ADS-Claims Adjusting-Anlst III is an intermediate level resource tasked with adjudicating mechanical claims, taking inspection reports, and reviewing claims for lower level adjusters in accordance with established quality and timeliness guidelines

** This is a remote opportunity for experienced auto claims adjusters. Remote Role handling FL losses. Ideal candidates will be located in the EST or CST time zone. Bilingual English/Spanish is desired but not required**

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares damages estimates (i.e. damage estimates, rental bills, tow bills, paid bills, receipts) thru discussions with shop, photos and field inspections

• Research reasonable amounts and labor rates in the local market

• Provide coverage guidance and authorization assistance to lower-level adjusters

• Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process

• Negotiates and settles basic and occasionally moderately complex claims in accordance with business unit best practices

• Compiles and reviews moderately complex to complex mechanic damage

• Provides and explains moderately complex estimates and subsequent settlement process

• Contacts customers, agreement holders, inspectors, vendors, and others to secure necessary files information as needed and directed

• Confirms facts and determine additional needed follow-up

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $45,000.00 -85,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role

As a Dispatch Agent, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Service Operations Department. You will use your skills and expertise in communicating with customers, responding to customer calls, scheduling field technicians, coordinating maintenance, agreements, assist with billing, and other day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a fast paced environment and we are looking for dispatch agents that have strong communication (written and verbal) and administrative skills. 

***This position can be 100% remote.  The person must reside in the Continental United States and be able to work Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Eastern Time (this equates to 8am – 5pm Central Time or 7am – 4pm Mountain Time). 

PRIMARY DUTIES:           

  • Answer calls/emails for service and schedule accordingly.
  • Review service tickets for accuracy and update in CRM accordingly.
  • Enter new and update existing Service Level Agreements/Inspections.
  • Ensure all inspections are scheduled in advance with a customer prior to execution of work.
  • Ensure corrective measures are defined and review with customers upon completion of inspections.
  • Agreement and service billing.
  • Assist in forecasting labor needs.

SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting the delivery of consulting projects to our employer prospects and clients.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists with financial modeling of Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) financial proposals;

Prepares first draft of new business and client deliverables for review by the Senior Pharmacy Consultant;

Works with Senior Pharmacy Consultants and other health benefit consultants to support client strategy development;

Researches issues of concern to large employers in the pharmacy industry, assimilating information, and developing a written summary for the Senior Pharmacy Consultant to review and refine a point of view;

Manages projects, using appropriate tools, to ensure projects are being completed on time and with appropriate quality assurance checks;

Schedules and manages weekly/bi-weekly status meetings;

Works with client teams to ensure pharmacy practice resources are used appropriately, increasing efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes;

Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Health Care or related industry or equivalent combination of education and experience

One (1) or more years of experience in an actuarial, underwriting, pricing or consulting role in a Health &
Welfare consulting/brokerage firm, PBM or health insurance carrier, or experience in financial analyses of the health care sector gained in a banking/financial services environment

Working knowledge of commercial health insurance industry and financial acumen

SKILLS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills     

Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills        

Excellent problem solving and time management skills

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment 

Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
