Entry level position to support Commercial Contracts activities including contracts administration, preparation and negotiation.

Responsible for supporting the commercial contracting processes across Clario, this role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with standards, and smooth collaboration between departments. You’ll manage contract workflows, maintain data integrity, and contribute to operational excellence in support of Clario’s mission to unlock better evidence for life-changing therapies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review NDAs, Work Orders, Change Orders, and other agreements against contracting standards; escalate deviations to leadership
  • Track and complete assigned tasks from management
  • Manage contract workflows to ensure internal approvals are obtained
  • Enter contract data into CRM/central database to support reporting of booked business, backlog, and forecasts
  • Maintain organized file structures for contract records and final QC
  • Represent the team in interdepartmental projects
  • Support client and regulatory audits as assigned
  • Lead electronic and hard copy filing of commercial contracts
  • Manage DocuSign uploads and document retention

 

What We Look For

  • 0–2 years of experience in commercial contracting or related field
  • Pharmaceutical or CRO background preferred
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel

Financial Eligibility Specialist

This role plays a key role in supporting members to access the care they want, need, and deserve. You’ll get really good at understanding federal and state programs and which members qualify for them. You’ll demystify often confusing processes like enrolling in Medicaid by assisting members during the application process. You’ll also be an important part of helping us connect members with local social services through outreach and follow-up communication. 

 

This is a fast paced company that will come with ebb, flows, and last minute changes. A successful candidate will be outgoing, detail-oriented, and have a natural desire to help people. We often require management of several tasks at once so enthusiasm and organization are key.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct outreach via mail and telephone to educate and inform members about available state and federal benefits (i.e., Medicaid, SNAP, and Energy Assistance).

  • Support members throughout the enrollment process for various programs, handling necessary paperwork and following up with agencies as needed.

  • Triaging incoming referrals for members needing social services and financial assistance, providing operational and administrative support across the team.

  • Utilize an internal resource library to identify appropriate services, including transportation, financial aid, food support, and medication discounts, to meet member needs.

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure comprehensive support for all member inquiries and needs.

  • Conduct follow-up communication with local organizations to ascertain ongoing support for members.

  • Meet or exceed performance and quality goals while providing outbound (and at times inbound) call support for members seeking assistance.

 

Required skills and experience:

  • Strong understanding of federal and state programs, especially Medicaid, SNAP, and other social services.

  • Exceptional communication skills with a desire to help and exceed member expectations.

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proven organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Proficient in utilizing various technologies and tools to enhance service delivery.

Desired skills and experience:

  • 3+ years in a customer or patient-serving role, with previous experience in social services or financial eligibility preferred.

  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish proficiency OR in Haitian-Creole preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while continuously improving processes.

  • A history of achieving goals and contributing to team success.

  • Calling a subset of members directly in all of our states and connecting them to community services

  • Reaching out to local organizations to ensure members are receiving appropriate support and Completing the necessary paperwork (i.e. transportation programs and prescription assistance programs) required to enroll in public and community programs

Member Support Specialist

For this role:

  • We are seeking experienced member service professionals and those who are caring and compassionate to join our team.  
  • Equipment is provided. 
  • Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, TN, WV, and TX only.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. 

 

Start Date: MONDAY, December 15th

  • Paid Time Off available after 60 days. Please commit to perfect attendance during the first 60 days. 
  • A dedicated private workspace with appropriate internet speed to effectively work from a home setting is required for this role. 

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Answer incoming telephone calls from members and/or caregivers needing assistance with their order, product, billing and/or other account services. 
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or effectively using the products or services. 
  • Maintain superior knowledge of Medical Guardian products, services and billing practices to ensure that information communicated to the member is accurate and complete. 
  • Perform account updates as needed and thoroughly document conversations to keep member records complete and current. 
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied members; research issues and offer solutions to resolve problems. 
  • Be a company brand ambassador, promoting the value of additional products and services during service calls. 
    • This includes selling add-ons to existing members.
  • Display positive attitude while communicating with all internal and external members; collaborate with team members to improve the member experience. 
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative performance objectives.  
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Requirements

Desired Experience: 

  • 2+ years previous member service call center or member-facing experience desired 

 

Required Skills: 

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred); high school diploma required
