Job Details
The OPM Customer Service Representative II is responsible for delivering general OPM healthcare enrollment information to callers. The Customer Service Representatives use basic office equipment and technology such as soft telephones, email, chat and web browsers to perform their duties. The processes that the Customer Service Representatives must follow are well defined and documented in training and work instructions.
The Customer Service Representative II reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor. This is a level responsible for disseminating general OPM Healthcare enrollment information and assisting CSR I with their questions and providing the location of reference material. Enrolling callers into their healthcare plan of their choice, providing the location of healthcare plan information, referral to other agencies, enrollment guidelines and a general OPM health care background will be the focus with callers. The Customer Service Representative II when unsure how to respond to the caller will consult a Customer Service Supervisor.
This position is fully remote.
*Duration of this position is approximately 6-8 weeks must be available to work from September to December*
You will be required to complete Federal clearance process/paperwork and obtain required fingerprints.
You will be required to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am-7pm CST. Overtime will be required- you will work 1 hour of Overtime (OT) on Mondays during production and another day in December

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements
– High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
– May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
– Minimum 60 days experience as a OPM Customer Service Representative I required. Six (6) months experience preferred
– Must be able to speak and read English and Spanish clearly, professionally and fluently
– Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM
– Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required
– Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks

The Coordinator – Centralized Drop Coordination is responsible for assisting Field Services in managing all residential, commercial, and Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) properties. This position will create all drop requests and coordinate work with multiple drop contractors to facilitate the provisioning of TDS products and services to residential, commercial, and MDU properties.
This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the 40+ States in which TDS Telecom operates.
Responsibilities
Drop Coordination:
- Handle drop EWOs (Engineering Work Orders):
- Generate EWOs.
- Promptly handle Open, Incomplete, or Rejected orders.
- Review and update orders daily to ensure proper appointment date and time, order status, job code, and other identified order quality criteria.
- Manage multiple EWO tasks and follow up on time sensitive work, taking necessary actions to update the order entry system.
- Manage tasks related to the enablement of MDU/commercial addresses, including interpreting and verifying buildings, addressing, and contact information are reflected correctly in the applicable systems as well as selecting provisioning plans, generating tasks for other departments within TDS, and problem solving and troubleshooting with other departments within TDS.
- Contact customers, tenants, building owners, developers, etc. to manage site surveys, installations, and ongoing work to the premise.
- Navigate internal systems and interpret data to diagnose and provide direction.
- Manage additional work queues as required.
- Provides support for contingent worker process, unit-based billing, contract review/negotiations, product recommendations, reporting, etc.
Partner Coordination:
- Work cross functionally with all TDS teams to ensure continual enablement of addresses.
- Ensure customer needs are met and errors are being resolved promptly.
- Work with third party vendors monitor task statuses and ensure open tasks are progressing.
- Provide information and direction to Field Services and other departments.
Record and Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels for materials used by Field Services and contractors.
- Report drop order statuses to Field Services inventory management teams. Partner with Field Services to review and improve shared drop processes.
- Manage inventory levels for materials used by Field Services. Coordinate materials product reviews.
- Review drop contractor invoicing. Escalate over-budget invoices to supervisor for review. Prepare for Sr Manager approval.
Qualifications

- Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience.
